- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court
- Your electronic or physical signature
We may restore the content if the original complainant does not file legal action within the time required by law.
5. Repeat Infringers
Backstage Booker reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly upload copyrighted material without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Backstage Booker operates as a platform for user-generated content. We are not responsible for content uploaded by users but will respond to valid copyright notices and remove infringing material when notified.
