• Generate previews and promotional material related to the platform

You are responsible for the content you upload.

You agree not to upload:

• Copyrighted material you do not own
• Illegal content
• Pornographic or explicit material
• Harassment or abusive content
• Defamatory content
• Malware or harmful files
• Content that violates any laws

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

Backstage Booker may include messaging between users.

You agree not to use messaging to:

• Harass or threaten others
• Send spam
• Send illegal content
• Attempt scams or fraudulent bookings
• Share harmful links or malware

We may monitor or review reports of abuse and may suspend accounts for violations.

Backstage Booker includes public profiles for talent and promotions. Information posted publicly may be visible to anyone on the internet.

Users are responsible for what information they choose to make public.

We strive to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be unavailable due to:

• Server issues
• Third-party service outages
• Force majeure events

We are not liable for downtime or data loss.

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

• Branding
• Logos
• Design
• Features
• Graphics
• Text
• Platform structure

are owned by Backstage Booker and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

Backstage Booker is a platform that connects wrestling talent and promotions. We are not responsible for:

• Booking disputes
• Payment disputes between talent and promotions
• Injuries during wrestling events
• Event cancellations
• Misconduct by users
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Data loss
• Platform downtime

Use the platform at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Backstage Booker from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your content
• Your bookings or events
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or rights of others

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
